A jury made up of prestigious international circus directors award the golden clowns, silver clowns and bronze clowns, handed out to the world's best circus performers and artists.

EPISODE SYNOPSIS: Telly Savalas and Lynda Carter present highlights of "THE SIXTH ANNUAL INTERNATIONAL CIRCUS FESTIVAL OF MONTE CARLO" which was originally held Dec. 6-10, 1979 in Monte Carlo presenting international circus acts for Prince Rainier and Princess Grace of Monaco. It featured acts from the first four nights of competition, concluding with the five winners of the "Silver Clown Awards" and the co-winners of the "Gold Clown Awards": French clown George Carl and acrobats from the Moscow State Circus.
