DESCRIPTION: Dinah Shore was an American popular singer and television performer, noted for her charm, her distinctive voice, and her longevity in show business. In 1970 she began a daily NBC talk show, "DINAH'S PLACE" (1970-1974), which later became a 90-minute daily syndicated series called "DINAH!" (1974-1980). This is the second of Lynda's appearances as a guest on a Dinah Shore show.

				[•] Dinah won a Daytime Emmy as Outstanding Host or Hostess in a Talk, Service or Variety Series for this show; and also a Golden Globes as best actress in a musical.
				[•] Considering that the show was videotaped and the high cost of videotapes during those days, many of them were re-used and there are no recordings of this show, making it one of Lynda's rarest appearances.
				[•] Dinah Shore died on February 24, 1994 of ovarian cancer.
