few days ago we had the chance to see on Channel 13 a musical
special of Lynda Carter, who until now has only been known as teh
star of Wonder Woman rather than her facet as a singer.
Nevertheless, with the support of her husband Ron Samuels she's on
the way to reach stardom in this new road as well. Her act on
stage, judging by the critics, has received the warmest applause
of the fans, and took her to record an album "Portrait", of which
she's also co-author and taht reflects a great sense of the rhythm
and a warm voice. |

This step in Lynda's career is not improvised neither bold, since
her professional debut was as a singer 15 years ago, in her natal
Phoenix. The years went by and in 1973 she became Miss World-USA
and not long after she was chosen among thousands to play Wonder
Woman. This ways she became a hosuehold name in more than a
hundred countries. Taking advantage of this and coinciding with
the end of the series, Lynda is committed to singing putting
together a show with 26 musicians and a varied wardrobe valued in
$ 50,000 US dollars. |
