SYNOPSIS

"Judgment From Outer Space - Part I" - KURT KASZNER as VON DREIBERG "Judgment From Outer Space - Part I" - JANET MACLACHLAN as SAKRI "Judgment From Outer Space - Part I" - SCOTT HYLANDS as PAUL BJÖRNSEN

An uncharted solar system in the vast regions of outer space. An inter-galactic council is deciding the future of Earth, which they consider is too violent, and, provided the development of atomic power, they will represent a menace for the galaxy. Most of them are decided to exterminate the planet, but one of them called Andros [TIM O'CONNOR] has been observing Earth from the beginning of its History and thinks it deserves a least an opportunity. The council decides to send Andros as their representative to investigate if Earth -and human kind- deserve an opportunity or destroy it if necessary, but he only has a short time.

Washington D.C. September 1942. Accompanied with a series of meteorological phenomena Andros arrives to Washington in his spaceship. The following morning, the War Department investigates the strange facts that has been occurring.

At a wooden area in Virginia, they try to locate the object that entered the Earth. Andros gets in contact with Gorel and let him know that he has landed and that he's ready to commence the survey.

Soon after, Andros introduces himself to the US forces, but appears speaking German, which makes the Americans officials look suspicious. Andros tells them he's coming from outer space and that his intention is to talk to President Roosevelt and the Congressmen, then Stalin, Churchill, de Gaulle and Chaing Kai-Shek. But he also wants to talk to Mussolini, Emperor Hirohito and Adolf Hitler. Andros also reveals that the Council of Planets has been observing Earth since the Neolithic.

Meanwhile Paul Björnsen [SCOTT HYLANDS], a supposed neutral Swedish correspondent, gets to know some details about Andros. He's in fact an undercover Nazi agent and reports it to General Von Dreiberg [KURT KASZNER] in Schloss Markein, in Germany. They think that Andros may be the key to the development of major new weapons which the Americans may use to win the War. This way, Andros, becomes the Nazi's top priority mission and Paul Björnsen will be in charge.

The following day at the War Department, General Blankenship [RICHARD EASTHAM] arrange a meeting of Andros at the White House, but under the condition of a preliminary meeting and a demonstration of his powers and techniques. Andros agrees to make the demonstration if they consider it necessary, and he quotes and old friend of his, Socrates: "A messenger to barbarians is a beast of burden". Andros quote shim in ancient Greek, and Diana officiates as translator.

General Blankenship makes arrangements for Andros to stay at the Harrison Academy as a guest of the US government. Nevertheless, when they arrive there, a group of Nazis try to seize him but Wonder Woman [LYNDA CARTER] prevents them of doing so. Andros befriends Wonder Woman and he realizes that she and Diana Prince are the same person. He shows himself delighted to finally meet "the fabled Wonder Woman".

Inside Harrison Academy, Andros comments on the barbaric incident and says that Lincoln once accused him of being impatient with humanity. He's very upset and leaves in spite of Steve Trevor's [LYLE WAGGONER] opposition.

Back at the War Department they make arrangements to search for Andros and his spacecraft. Steve tells Diana to follow any ideas she may come up with. Wonder Woman meets Andros at the Lincoln Memorial and they debate about the violence nature of human kind. Andros also makes Wonder Woman a demonstration of his control of the forces of nature, and to the Amazon's amazement he produces a total eclipse of the Sun.

The following day at Aberdeen proving grounds Andros is making a demonstration to the US officials. "I have agreed to do this demonstration to make clear that I am very serious and that I must speak to the heads of your government. I hope what I do here will make you accept that I am not from Earth and that I am here on a most important mission". Andros makes a demonstration of his control of natural forces to the amazement of the US officials and General Blankenship who agrees a meeting with the President. Nevertheless Andros warns about the consequences of War and Atomic research, and lets them know that if necessary he will have to intervene. "I am not a diplomat or a polite envoy. I am judge, jury and, if necessary, executioner".

Andros has a meeting with the President. After that, the President calls General Blankenship and tells him that he thinks Andros is genuine, but also a genuine threat, and orders a to assemble a strike force for use against him if necessary. Andros meets Wonder Woman and she tries to convince him that human kind deserves an opportunity. Wonder Woman uses her Golden Lasso with Andros and he reveals "I must report via my spacecraft's comweb every three of your days. If I am somehow killed or imprisoned and the report is not made, and orbiting battle satellite will instantly attack. And this planet will become a barren cinder".

The War Department considers that Andros may represent a menace for the country's security and plan to do something about it. This upsets Diana Prince who thinks they are barbarians, and she argues with Steve. "Our only hope is to be honest with him, to trust him, not to make a hopeless attempt to murder him..." Steve replies: "My assignment is a logical military alternative and a patriotic necessity". As an answer Diana quotes Samuel Johnson: "Patriotism is the last refuge of scoundrels". This infuriates Steve and dismissed her. Later he understands her position and sends her to watch after Andros who's reading at the Library of the Congress.

At the Library of Congress the Nazis try to capture Andros and Wonder Woman intervenes but she gassed and defeated, and Andros is taken prisoner. Prior to that the Intergalactic Councils intervenes and warns Andros that they're canceling his power linkages and deactivating his power source: "You trust these humans, you believe in them, now you are nor more than human. As vulnerable as they are. As easy to harm".

Wonder Woman is in hospital after being poisoned with the gas, but she realizes she must find the spacecraft and a way to send a message to the Intergalactic Council. She goes in search of Andros' starship and once she finds it, she recalls that Andros uses a whistling melody to activates his gadgets and thinks it may be the key to enter the starship. She manages to get into it, but a security system activates and a very disturbing noise starts...
