 Since
last Monday, Buenos Aires has been blitzed with huge street posters
of Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman as part of a campaign by the
Argentinean-based
cable channel Retro. "The wish of watching her again was spinning in
your head." So it reads the poster. The Retro channel, which is
part of the Claxson group was originally known as
Universo, then it was renamed as Uniseries and then again as Retro.
The last time the series was shown on this channel was during the
mid 90s when it was known as Uniseries. This way it gives the chance
for many Latin American fans to watch the series again, since the
channel is seen through cable and satellite services in all of Latin
America and also parts of the USA and Europe. |
