EPISODE SYNOPSIS: One day, you're battling paparazzi on your way to the Sky Bar, fielding calls from your agent and lining up blockbuster movie roles. The next day, you're whiling away the hours at Coffee Bean, wondering if you'll ever be recognized again. In "HIGH PRICE OF FAME: LIFE AFTER STARDOM", E! examines how former Hollywood heavyweights adjust to life outside the limelight. Fame is a slippery slope in Hollywood, and no one knows this better than the A-listers who lost their It status, folks like Suzanne Somers, Tone Loc, Kirk Cameron and Jennifer Grey. Being on top can be addictive, and when that fame rush vanishes, stars must find a way to fill the void. Some turn to drugs and alcohol, others discover solace in religion, while the truly intrepid remake themselves with a different career altogether. You'll hear from stars like Danny Bonaduce who lived the sweet life of success--only to lose it all--and then get back in the game in a whole new way! For the truly determined, there's always that chance of pulling a John Travolta and getting back on the A-list. Lynda is featured in one segment about Television superheroes from the 70s.
