DESCRIPTION: "THE SUZANNE SOMERS SHOW" was a short lived talk show in which Suzanne interviewed a celebrity guest and a non-celebrity expert on a particular topic. Suzanne Somers hosted the show while still co-starring in her series "Step By Step" with Patrick Duffy. On "THE SUZANNE SOMERS SHOW", Lynda Carter talks with Suzanne Somers about life, career and her new series "HAWKEYE".

EPISODE SYNOPSIS: In the interview in which Suzanne Somers notes that Lynda is her friend, Lynda Carter talks about her children, her life in Washington, her new series "HAWKEYE", the shooting of the series in Vancouver (Canada) and how she manages it in relation to her children and family. She also talks about the series’ props, the BCCI scandal, the support and lack of support through the trial, how the process changed her and made her stronger. Lynda talks about her house after Somers asks her if it's true that she has 15 bathrooms in her house. She tells about her plans for the future and the live audience ask her some questions about the BCCI scandal. Lynda tells that the BCCI scandal had a cost for the Altmans of $10 million and 15-million for the government. After that, Suzanne presents a woman who manages a unique boutique which sells gowns used by famous people for reduced prices. The show ends with a Mexican recipe which Lynda seems to enjoy.

			TRIVIA:	[•] Somers was born Suzanne Marie Mahoney, the third of four children in Frank and Marion Mahoney's Irish American Catholic household in San Bruno, California. Her father was an alcoholic who could become violent on occasion, as Somers recounted, often forcing her to hide in her closet. She suffered from dyslexia and was a poor student.
				[•] A made for TV movie starring Somers (based on her first autobiography, Keeping Secrets) was made about her life and growing up with her alcoholic father.
				[•] She has released two autobiographies, two self-help books, four diet books, and a book about hormone replacement therapy. She also makes regular monthly appearances with close friend Colleen Lopez for special theme weekends on cable television's Home Shopping Network.
				[•] Somers announced in spring 2001 that she had breast cancer and was using alternative medicine to treat it (along with surgery and radiation therapy).
