Hosted by Gregory Harrison, the special also features several other numbers including "Heroines of the Silver Screen" a tribute with Cyd Charysse, June Allyson, Drew Barrymore, Arlene Dahl, Angie Dickinson, Alice Faye, Lillian Gish, Shirley Jones, Rudy Keeler, Dorothy Lamour, Maureen O`Sullivan, Jane Powell, Louise Rainer, Debbie Reynolds, Ginger Rogers, Eva Marie Saint, Lana Turner and Esther Williams.
