Lynda Carter was born in 1951, and begun her career as a singer at age of 15. By chance she entered a beauty contest, and a month later, at the age of 21, she won the competition of Miss America. She goes to Los Angeles and studies acting and in 1975, she becomes Wonder Woman for the whole world. The series will last until 1979, following she concentrates for a few years onher career of a singer and becomes the spokesperson of Maybelline cosmetics. In 1983 she stars in a new series, Partners In Crime, which lasted only some episodes, after which, she devoted to her family. In 1994, it makes her return to television in the series Hawkeye, but leaves the series later less than a year, when she realizes she cannot cope family and work. At present time, she still plays from time to time in small roles in television and takes part in fight campaigns against breast cancer.
