Created in 1976. Broadcast thru A2 in 1978 and then in 1982.

In the beginning - we are in March 1974- this bionic lady (*) had to die at the end of the second part of the telefilm, but the network received mail asking to revive this strong woman. It was in fact the actress Cathy Lee Crosby. But the blonde actress refused to reappear possibly tempted by the original US version of "It's Incredibly" which inspired our Jacques Martin.
Cathy Lee was therefore replaced by Lynda Carter and... you know what followed. An advise, when you see the mini size starred-dress make the comparision between the two ladies.
LYNDA CARTER (WONDER WOMAN)
Born on July 24th, 1952 in Phoenix (Arizona).
Holder of a beauty prize, singer of a cabaret and pulpy dancer of green-grey eyes, Lynda had to do anything to get a career on the screen, whatever it is. Then she became Miss World in 1973 after being elected as Miss Arizona and after that someone traced her beauty to become Woner Woman. With this actress dressed in a plastic starred-banner, the U.S.A. have found the ideal bionic woman to face the machismo of Superman.
But in spite of being married with one of Hollywood's most famous managers, Lynda Carter doesn't want her career to be tied to this superheroine which is Wonder Woman. Would someone have a role to offer to this 1,90 meters that rests on sixty kilograms of muscles fed on a vegetarian regime?
