An
inter-galactic council is deciding the future of Earth, which they
consider is too violent, and, provided the development of atomic
power, they will represent a menace for the galaxy. Most of them
are decided to exterminate the planet, but one of them called
Andros (TIM O'CONNOR) has been observing Earth for the beginning
of its History and thinks it deserves a least an opportunity. The
council decides to send Andros as their representative to
investigate if Earth -and human kind- deserve an opportunity or
destroy it if necessary, but he only has a short time... |
