Andros
arrives to Washington in his spaceship. The War Department
investigates the strange facts that has been occurred and finally
meet Andros. Most of the officials think he represents a menace
and force him to use his extraordinary powers. Andros demands a
meeting with the President of the United States and then
consequently with all leaders of the Earth, but the officials
demand him a demonstration of his alien power before arranging a
meeting.
