Sylvia Stubbs (PENELOPE WINDUST) curator of marine mammals at
Ocean Park is supervising the move of a dolphin, Bluebird, from
his tank to a moving van for a trip to San Diego. Darrell (BRIAN
TOCHI) a teenage boy is trying to comfort Gladys, another dolphin,
when suddenly an armored truck appears. Gaffer (ALBERT POPWELL) a
bad guy, posing as a sheriff, and his henchmen,-surround the
moving van, lock Sylvia inside and kidnap the dolphin...
