little from the comic book was carried over, aside from stalwart
boyfriend Steve Trevor (Kaz Garas) and some references to an
Amazonian heritage. Wonder Woman’s star-spangled one-piece
‘bathing suit’ was traded in for a more traditional uniform with
stars on the sleeves. The story line has Wonder Woman trailing a
spy named ‘Mr. Evil’ (a moniker as corny as ‘Egg Fu’, if not more
so), played with hi usual suave assurance by Ricardo Montalban.
