"Gymnastics are just great, and I love working out on the trampoline. It's particularly good for limbering up the body because you use every muscle. You build up a body rhythm. When I do a somersault high in the air, the feeling it gives me is a little like flying, free as a bird. It's wise to work with a couch or trainer because the trampoline can be dangerous."
