Last
night at the
Ambassador Theatre
in New York
City our
Lynda
reprised
her role as the keeper of the keys, the countess of the clink,
the mistress of murderer’s row,
Matron Mama Morton
for the
10th
Anniversary
star-studded
performance of the hit musical play
"Chicago".
Clad in a black lace bustier worn under a tailored man’s suit,
her dark lustrous hair piled high on her head, Lynda performed
the Mama part as she told the story of murderous
“Go to Hell-Kitty”,
the Hawaiian pineapple princess , and was joined by more than
dozens of other actors who had played the various roles in the
play during the past
10 years
in the US and all over the world.
Joel Gray,
Bebe
Nuewirth,
Melanie
Griffith,
Brooke
Shields,
Marilu
Henner and
many, many more knock’d ‘em dead as each took the stage for a
number, a duet or a stampede as the many actors who played the
slick, sleazy lawyer
Billy Flynn
flooded the stage! |
