The proposal of this fortunate telefilm has arrived just in time: despite the title of Miss World-USA '72, the future actress was about to return to Phoenix. She had also recorded several records and the song is her great love.
On the Italian screens the Bionic Woman has found a rival of good caliber: Wonder Woman. That is Lynda Carter, the attractive protagonist of the telefilm or Wonder Woman, a woman endowed with super powers that save men of the American secret service in the most desperate moments and, apparently, also herself, because she also works for this department, concealing her second identity, that of Wonder Woman that suddenly appears, spinning on herself, with the colors of the USA flag.
Wonder Woman has dominated with success the small American screens for five years. Lynda Carter (no relation with the president) has thirty of them. Such success has put, however, in shade what has been the great love of Carter: The song. When she was fifteen her parents divorced, then Lynda, to resolve the financial problems worked as singer in a restaurant-pizzeria where they padi 25 dollars. However I worked only on the weekends ".
From the pizzeria the future actress ended up landing on the Caesar's Palace in Las Vegas, the kingdom of Frank Sinatra. I quitted everything and my career has also given teh ability to write and sing a lot of my songs. Her successful record is Portrait.
Born in Phoenix, in Arizona, in 1952, twenty years later she conquered the title of Miss USA and, as such, she participated in Miss World. She did not won, but in 1978 an important international contest took her to London elected as the most beautiful woman of the world.
