a few years back, there were many announcements related to the
visit of big stars of the American TV... but they never took
place. Nevertheless, now it seems that local TV can pay numbers
which are attractive to the stars or maybe they've changed they
way they promote themselves. We've seen live this year on the
small screen, a superstar like Lizas Minelli, and an actor-singer
like David Soul, "Hutch". Now they're announcing the visit of his
TV-partner, Paul Michael Glaser, "Starsky", and,
nothing less than the spectacular Lynda "Wonder Woman" Carter.
When it comes to Paul Michael Glaser they say he's arriving to
Caracas on the 21st, to make some TV appearances in this capital.
Teleonce is making some arrangements to make him come from
venezuela to Buenos Aires, and this way to introduce him in long
interviews in this channel. Since Glaser doesn't sing, this limits
his presentations to interviews only. When it comes to Lynda
Carter, the date is confirmed. She would come on September the
3rd., and would stay for a week. Lynda comes
as a singer and would make a series of appearances in Corrientes
Avenue, with the same show she's been making in Las Vegas. She
would also make some appearances in a TV channel, though that will
have to be decided in the next weeks. |

Michael Glaser would come with his love, a teacher named Liz
Mayer, with whom he's living a romance for three years ago. The
rumours say it could be sort of a honeymoon trip, since they
talking about a wedding. By her side, Lynda Carter would come with
her famous husband-manager Ron Samuels, who's really great in
business, and who's managing his popular wife and make her win
millions as an actress, singer and as a model. Lynda who started
her career as a singer at 17 years old, earning 90 bucks a week,
then he made her sign a millionaire contract with CBS when she was
26 years old. On May 1977, she married Ron Samuels and he made her
win a fortune. Now, while "Wonder Woman" is slowly fading, she's
turning to her career as a singer, and we will be able to judge
her in her next visit. |
