As
everyone know Lynda Carter and her creation of Wonder Woman was a
huge ratings success during the 1976-77 season not only in the
States but also in europe and South America. Nevertheless the
producers though that keeping teh action in the 40s limited the
stories to Nazi fighting and decided to give a turn. First they
changed the action set from the 40s to the 70s and they thought of
using an updated costume as well. In some of the photos Lynda
appeared in a sort of astronaut blue uniform covering all her body
and head. What was the reaction of the audience towards this
uniform? Completely negative since it was hdiing all of her beauty
and had nothing tod do with the character in the comics. we have
also seen photos of Lynda with a blonde wig though still wearing
her bracelets and tiara. What does the reader think? Lynda is 23,
she's been Miss World U.S.A., and with her fabulous measurements
of 38-25-35 added to her personality and sympathy, there's no
doubt she will continue to be a relevant atraction on television,
whether she's blonde or brunette or any other changes they may add
to teh character. |
