2) Streamlined maillot (above) in nylon/Lycra spandex dries quickly while expert swimmer Lynda sunbathes after ten fast laps in her own pool. By DeWeese, 8-14, $29. Besides swimming, Lynda, who must watch her weight, does isometric exercises between takes on set. Her favorite: Sit on floor with back to wall, feet six inches apart. Press back firmly against wall, hold to count of thirty. Good for abdominal muscles.
3) Because a dancer's leotard allows maximum flexibility, it makes an ideal exercise outfit. This one in Antron nylon Lycra has slimming diagonal stripes, flattering even efore you exercise.
