WEIGHT WATCHERS In her boots and stars and stripes bustier, Lynda looked like some patriotic dominatrix when she lit up TV screens in Wonder Woman. Based on a famous comic book heroine from the 1940s, the first feminist rival of Superman and Batman, Wonder Woman followed the adventures of a superhuman, crime-fighting Amazon. The original version began on ABC and followed the comic book's World War 11 setting, with Lynda fighting Nazis. When the show switched to CBS it became a strictly Contemporary action show. In either setting, the mighty, incredibly bodacious Lynda was an eye-catching star.
Wonder Woman was all any lover of voluptuous women could ask for. But it was topped by Lynda's later series, Partners In Crime, in which big-hipped, big-busted Lynda vied for attention with the equally luscious Loni Anderson.
