SHORT
PANTS: WHAT WILL WE DO!? |
|
The New Wonder Woman it's coming to Japanese TV little by little. The old one was shown a couple of weeks ago since the end of last year till the new one, and we don't know when it will end its run. Lynda Carter as Wonder Woman knocked us out, though the old content left us confused. In the New Wonder Woman will find her even with a more tiny costume, so wait for it. |
|
The new series will be shown on the Fuji channel around August, though
nothing it's confirmed yet. In the United States is chaging from the old
network to a new one. The former network was ABC, and the new one it's
CBS. They said that they changed completely the set and the stories.
Charles Fitzsimmons, new producer of the Warner Bros Studios said:
"In the CBS Wonder Woman we left the World War II setting behind.
We're gonna pull the rope a little bit more, and we're gonna make more
stories based on science fiction. It's been enough of the Nazi stories.
We're gonna make modern and with a fast pace." |
|
Lynda totally agrees. Of course she will continue to fight the bad guys,
she plays Princess Diana and Steve Trevor Jr's assistant, a role played
by Lyle Waggoner like in the former series. |

NEW SERIES ACCELERATES TO 16 BEATS |

Lynda said: "The fantasy of a crime fighter and an Amazon queen is very romantic. Wonder Woman has changed though the times have change." |
|
She is a subordinate of the Intelligence Command under the direct
command of the President, who speaks with a Southern accent. A man will
give her the missions. It's funny and it makes you think of Jimmy
Carter. |
|
Lynda's analysis on Wonder Woman's popularity: "Everybody
dreams of old times. Fantasy it's something very romantic. Even
nowadays, girls want to be Princesses and boys want to be heroes, isn't
it true? In my childhood I went crazy for Wonder Woman comic
books." |
|
Lynda said that since her early childhood she wanted to be someone
special. "More beautiful than Aphrodite, as wise as Athenea, and
stronger than Hercules." I'll send her this words which come from
Charles Moulton, the original author of Wonder Woman. |
